During the winter, HAMP CREW runs an indoor ERG TEAM.
This team trains on the indoor rowing machines (Ergs--short for ergometers) for the World Indoor Rowing Championships: the CRASH-B's.

Dates: January 19 - February 22
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Time: 3:00-4:30pm
Location: AllSports Soccer Arena
Transportation: Bus provided from Northampton High immediately after school
Requirements: No experience required
Intent: The goal of the HAMP CREW ERG TEAM is to train and compete on the erg. We will have 6 weeks of intensive training on Concept II indoor rowing machines and plan to compete in at least one indoor regatta. This is highly recommended for Juniors interested in collegiate rowing.
