What is the payment and refund policy?


PAYMENT INFORMATION

Fall & Spring Youth Seasons
Initial payments are due no later then the first day of the program.
A minimum 50% of the seasons total must be made BEFORE rowers will be allowed to participate

Payment can be made with a Credit/Debit Card online
or send a check to PO Box 1553, Northampton, MA 01061

NYCRI offers 3 Payment plans.

  1. Payment in Full - Payment must be received no later than the first day
  2. Split Payment - 50% payment must be received no later than the first day,
    remaining balance due the 1st of May/October
  3. Partial Scholarship - Apply for one of NYCRI partial scholarships.
    50% of the seasons total is due the first day of the program.
    The remaining balance is due the 1st of May/October.
    Applicants will be informed the when they received a scholarship.

Refunds
50% refund of the seasons total within the first two weeks.
After two weeks refunds will only be awarded for medical purposes. Rowers will be refunded the amount equivalent to the days not attended.

Masters Programs
Payment due before program starts.
50% refund within the first 2 practices

Youth Summer Programs

Payment due the before program starts.
50% refund within the first 2 practices
