Our preseason camp is open to rowers from any high school crew. Taught by our women’s or men’s varsity coaches this camp is a must for any rower competing in the fall. Focus will be on technical understanding of the stroke while working to improve rowers' physical conditioning and strength for the upcoming season. While preseason is not mandatory it is highly recommended for HAMP CREW rowers who will be rowing in the fall.
